会社の歩み
Parchment（当時はDocufide）は、高校から大学の入学事務局への電子成績証明書送付をいち早く実現しました。
インディアナ州高等教育委員会とともに、州全体で初めての電子成績証明書交換を開始しました。
入学事務局が電子成績証明書やその他の入学書類をより効率的に収集・処理できるよう、Parchment Receiveを導入しました。
Navianceと提携し、大学への電子入学書類送付に対応する交換ネットワークを開放しました。また、電子成績証明書サービスを大学向けに拡大するとともに、受信ネットワークを大学院、資格認定機関、専門団体まで広げました。
学修者が大学を調べて比較できる「College Tools」を提供するParchment Learner Profileを導入しました。
成績証明書、学位証明書、各種証明書、バッジを一元的に発行できるParchment Awardを導入しました。
学修者の包括的な学修歴記録を作成・発行できるCredential Builderを導入しました。また、Digitaryとの提携により、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、カナダ、イギリス、アイルランドで国際展開を開始しました。
併修制度やコース共有、単位互換に対応したPathwaysソリューションを提供し、学修者の進学・履修ルートを支援する分野へ事業を拡大しました。
学習エコシステムのリーディングカンパニーであり、Canvasを開発するInstructureがParchmentを買収しました。これにより、学修者の生涯学修記録の提供に一歩近づくとともに、K-12教育、高等教育、そして職場における学修者の移動や学修ルートの障壁を取り除くことが可能になります。
